FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Agreement With Motorola Approved For Sheriff’s Office

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, June 25th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes from the previous meeting held on June 20th were approved next, along with the current agenda and payment of the bills.


Reviews then took place of the transfer facility inspection report from the Health Department, proof of service of application for the Arche Energy Project, LLC, and Mid-Year Budget for 2025. The following items were then approved.

– Resolution 2024-506 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-507 Approve Expedited Type 1 Annexation 2024-4 – Village of Archbold.


– Resolution 2024-508 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

With no other items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned.

Commissioners then held their second meeting of the week on Thursday, June 27th. The meeting was held at 9:00 a.m. with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes from the previous meeting held on June 25th were approved first, along with the current agenda. The following agenda items were approved next.


– Resolution 2024-511 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-512 Appoint Members to Fulton County Ohio Children Trust Fund Regional Prevention Council.

– Resolution 2024-513 Enter into Contract 2024-77 with Motorola Solutions on Behalf of the sheriff for a system upgrade, network monitoring, and onsite infrastructure response and dispatch service.

– Resolution 2024-514 Authorize Board President to Sign Warranty Deed.

– Resolution 2024-515 Rescind Resolution 2024-479 Approve Personnel Request for JFS.

– Resolution 2024-516 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

Commissioners then heard an EMS update from Director Clayton O’Brien followed by a housekeeping update from Letti Hernandez. With no other items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned.
