Shirley Wyse, age 93 years, of Archbold was called home to Heaven on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
She was born February 4, 1931 to Theodore and Lillian Klempner in Toledo. Shirley married Ronald “Sonny” Wyse on April 8, 1950, and he preceded her in death on November 26, 2016. She was a member of St. John’s Christian Church in Archbold.
She is survived by her five children, Randy (Regina) Wyse of Clark Lake, Michigan, Renee (James) Liechty of Archbold, Rick Wyse of Defiance, Roxie (Dan) Burk of West Unity, Ohio, and Rodney (Pat) Wyse of Archbold; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and sister, Arlene Lan gel.
Services will be held on Wednesday, November 20th at 11:30 AM at St. John’s Christian Church in Archbold with Pastor Erich Christman officiating. Interment will follow in the Pettisville Cemetery. Friends may call at the church prior to the service from 9:30 – 11:30 AM. Short Funeral Home in Archbold has been entrusted with the arrangements.
