EDON – The beginning of the season can showcase a lot of rust in any sport. If the November 23 season debut of Sydney Stoll was a showcase of rustiness, the rest of the season should be downright scary for anyone facing the Belles in Bomber Blue. Stoll landed a trio of treys and a game-high 25 as the Lady Bombers of Edon thwacked the visiting Hicksville Lady Aces, 49-32.
Stoll and Andrea Headley both hit on treys in the first period that saw Edon jumping out to a double-digit lead and never looking back. Headley finished with four trifectas and a total of 16 points.
Alex Kiess hit for 5 points, Kaitlin Chrisman added a deuce and Hannah Gutting put in a free throw.
