Judy Ann Kinsman, age 73, of Delta, passed away peacefully at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania with her loving son, Jason by her side.
Judy was born July 15, 1943 to the late Charles Santee and Rosemary (Wright) Santee. She was a graduate of Lyons High School. Judy Santee and Robert “Bob” Kinsman were united in marriage in Lyons, Ohio on May 2, 1964 and enjoyed 49 years together until Bob’s passing on June 28, 2013.
She owned and operated Judy’s Dog Grooming for many years and was a member of the Delta Eagles. Judy and her husband Bob also served as foster parents to many amazing children and opened their home to exchange students over the years, with some still remaining a big part of their lives. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Jason (Heather) Kinsman of Arizona; grandchildren, Lauren and Harper Kinsman; loving nieces and nephews and all of her lifelong friends, including those met while working with children’s daycare, mentorship and volunteering at the Open Door.
