Billie L. Harper, 72, of Bryan, passed away at her home on Friday, September 15, 2017.

She was born on September 17, 1944 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to Lawrence and Mildred (Devore) Harper. Billie retired from General Tire, now Titian Tire, in Bryan in 1996. She also worked for five years for Community Health and Wellness Center in Bryan in environmental services.

Billie is survived by her children, Karl (Lori) Reeves of Pioneer, Sheila (Joe) Bertke of Farmer and Tracy (Rick) Bruce of Edgerton; seven grandchildren; and five siblings, Larry (Judy) Harper of Kentucky, Sharon Harper of Napoleon, Lonnie (Deb) Harper of Montpelier, Alma Skinner of Maine and Arnold (Catherine) Harper of Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Vicki Wilson, granddaughter, Alexa Reeves and siblings, James Ray Harper, Debra Harper, Lois Odom and Donald Harper.


Services for Billie will be private. Donations may be made in her memory to Ohioans Home Healthcare Inc. Online condolences may be left at www.thethompsonfuneralhome.com.
