Organizers of the beloved annual Kunkle 4th of July Parade, one of the largest in the area, held onto hope up until today that the parade could be salvaged.

However, due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions issued from Columbus, the parade has now been officially cancelled just half a week before the 4th celebration.

The small village located between Pioneer and West Unity, Ohio will still be holding a Chicken BBQ.
