Brandon & Maggie Fisher of Bryan, Ohio would like to accounce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Scott Fisher, born December 17, 2013 at Defiance Regional Medical Center, Defiance, Ohio.
Charlotte weighed in at 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 21 and 1/4 inches long. She was welcomed home by big sister Sophie.
