On January 24, 2024, at approximately 8:43 a.m., officers from the Defiance Police Department responded to Okuley‘s Pharmacy & Home Medical (1201 E Second St; Defiance, OH) for a burglary complaint.
Upon arrival, officers found signs of forced entry and determined a theft of merchandise occurred. After conducting an investigation, it was found several controlled substance medications were taken from a locked cabinet in the business.
Due to related burglaries and investigations in Findlay, OH, Ottawa, OH, and Arlington, OH, it is believed three suspects in a dark colored Hyundai SUV are responsible for the break-in at Okuley‘s Pharmacy & Home Medical.
At this time the suspects have not been identified, and no charges have been filed.
