Edon Defends Home Course Against Fayette

August 19th-EDON: With Fayette coming to town, the Bombers were ready. Edon successfully defended Windwood Hollow against the Eagles, taking the dual match 198-217.

Jim Peckham claimed medalist status on Edon’s behalf, shooting a 43. Alex Kirkingburg wasn’t far behind, firing a 44. Hayden Runyan contributed a 49 to the Bombers’ score, and Kyle Long added a 62 to the total.

For Fayette, Tharyn Colegrove and Michael Brubaker each shot a 52, the lowest score of any Eagle on the day. Joel Smith offered a 55, and both Justin White and Travis Wagner shot a 58, on of which counted toward Fayette’s score.
