On March 19, 2026, the <a href=”https://thevillagereporter.com/millcreek-west-unity-ffa-members-tackle-new-events-earn-district-placement/”>Four County Career Center Board of Education</a> held the Regular Board Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Four County Career Center.
Oath of office was administered to Stephanie Parsons for her term of office beginning in 2026.
As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board approved:
-February Board Meeting Minutes.
-Financial statements and investments for February 2026 as presented.
-Appropriation Modifications for March 2026 as presented.
-Cost sheets, uniform vendors, and voluntary participation in additional clubs for the 2026-27 school year as presented.
As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the Board accepted and/or approved the following items:
-Two-Year Administrative Contract to Jacob Mourey, EMIS/Data Quality Manager.
-Three-Year Administrative Contract to Supervisors Kristen Cheslock and Ray Gibson.
-Probationary Contract to Drew Grimm, Commercial/Industrial Electrical Instructor, effective March 30, 2026.
-One-Year Contract to Steven Brancheau, Math Instructor for the 2026-27 school year.
-Certified and Classified Substitutes as presented.
-Instructors for the <a href=”https://thevillagereporter.com/evergreen-board-of-education-board-approves-136000-curriculum-purchase-sidewalk-replacement/”>Agriculture Education 5th Quarter Grant Program</a> for the 2025-26 school year.
-Drew Grimm to attend the Summer Workshop at the University of Toledo.
-2026 Summer School Staff.
-Kelli Alspaugh, Erin Custer, and Krista Whetro as 2026 Summer Camp Instructors.
-Public Safety and CNA Instructors for the Adult Ed program as presented.
-Pay scale adjustment for Adult Education Financial Aid and Program Assistant.
-Nurse Aide Clinical Instructor for clinics scheduled in February.
-Extended Days for Drew Grimm, Jake Kraegel, Scott Williams, and Chris Zacharias to support the electrical and welding lab transition and set up associated with the <a href=”https://thevillagereporter.com/fulton-county-schools-partner-with-local-emergency-responders-for-mock-accident-demonstration/”>expansion project</a>.
-2026-27 Carpentry House project.

-Satellite Program Standards and Maintenance agreement with <a href=”https://thevillagereporter.com/montpelier-village-council-council-discusses-spot-zoning-concerns-in-triplex-proposal/”>Montpelier Exempted Village School District</a>.
The Board also accepted and/or approved the following items:
-Stephanie Parsons as a member of the 2026 Policy Committee.
-Revised Policy Update for Food Services.

The next scheduled meeting involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education will be the regular April Board Meeting on April 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Room A101A at Four County Career Center. The Finance Committee will meet following the regular meeting.
