During National Suicide Prevention Week, Four County Career Center’s Early Childhood Education class raised money for the Four County Adamhs Board Suicide Coalition and the Mikayla Smith Memorial Scholarship. Spearheaded by (LEFT TO RIGHT) Danielle Whitmire (Delta) and Brynne Riegsecker (Fayette), their goal was to not only raise money but to spread awareness about suicide prevention. Students are shown above with Brooke Thomas, Prevention Specialist from the Four County Family Center, who spent the day at the Career Center discussing this important issue with students.
