The Fulton County Commissioners met for a brief regular session on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and an opening prayer. The board approved the minutes from the January 27 meeting and approved the agenda as presented.
Commissioners authorized a transfer of $6,843.29 within the Job and Family Services budget to cover under-estimated PA contract services by moving funds from one contract services line to another.
The board also appointed Justin Simon as a member of the Fulton County Rural Zoning Commission and Ben Johnston as the alternate member, with both terms set to expire January 31, 2030.
In addition, commissioners approved purchase orders and travel requests as submitted. With nothing further, the meeting was adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
