COMMISSIONERS … The Fulton County Commissioners discuss items on their agenda during the Thursday, March 17th meeting.

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, March 15th. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.
Commissioners then first moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting that took place on March 10th as well as the current agenda.
Commissioners also moved to approve payments for the bills as presented before then moving to approve the following agenda items.
An increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments. Approved pay request number 1 for contract 2021-92 with Bryan Excavating. LLC for the County Road H sewer project.
Approved a personnel action on behalf of the JFS for N. McClarren. Approved the appointment of a grant writer as well as presented travel requests and purchase orders. The meeting was then adjourned.
Commissioners also held a second meeting of the week which took place on Thursday, March 17th. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.
Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the previously discussed meeting that took place on March 15th. The current agenda was also approved as presented.
A review then took place for the weekly dog warden reports for periods ending 02/19/2022, 02/26/22, 03/05/22, and 03/12/22.
The Ohio Unemployment Rate Report for January 2022 was also reviewed before Commissioners moved to approve the following agenda items. An increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.
Approved contract 2022-39 with Miller Bros. Const., Inc. for Bridge 2A.4’s replacement on behalf of the County Engineer. Entered in contract 2022-40 with Lawns N More, LLC for lawn care maintenance.
Approved the FAA AIP grant oversight risk assessment sponsor certification and authorized the Board President to sign.
Authorized and approved the legality for an Ad for Bridge D11.4’s replacement on behalf of the County Engineer. Accepted the recommendation of the Loss Control Coordinator for a workers comp. claim.
Accepted the resignation of a senior center employee as well as presented purchase orders and travel requests. The meeting was then adjourned at 9:06 a.m.
