Wauseon, OH – The Fulton County Fair has hit a new milestone, setting an all-time record for attendance in its 167-year history. The weeklong fair drew a total of 335,029 visitors, surpassing the previous record of 325,224 set in 2019.
“We were thrilled to see so many people come out and enjoy what the Fulton County Fair has to offer,” said Fair Board President, Ron Rice.
“This record-breaking attendance is a testament to our fairgoers’ loyalty and the effort of our community, volunteers, and sponsors who help make this event possible year after year.”
Held from August 30 through September 5, the 2024 fair featured a variety of attractions, from livestock shows and 4-H exhibits to thrilling midway rides and live entertainment.
With beautiful weather throughout the week, family-friendly entertainment, and expanded programming, the 2024 Fulton County Fair proved to be one of the most memorable in recent history.
“Our goal has always been to provide an experience that reflects the best of our region’s traditions while also bringing new and exciting opportunities for families and visitors of all ages,” Ron Rice added. “We’re already looking forward to making the 2025 fair even bigger and better.”
Established in 1857, the Fulton County Fair has become one of Ohio’s largest and most anticipated county fairs. Offering a mix of agricultural showcases, live entertainment, and family activities, the fair continues to draw thousands of visitors each year from across the region.
