FAYETTE – Delta needed just three sets to get a non-league win at Fayette 25-15, 25-11, 25-17 in the season opener for the Eagles.

Demi Storrs registered three kills and six assists for Fayette while Rebecca Stevenson was 22/24 receiving.

MONTPELIER – Edgerton got their season off to a good start with a 25-18, 25-20, 25-16 win at The Railyard. Sadie Walther led Edgerton in kills with 14, Noelle Ritter added 13, and Kayt Timbrook dished out 25 assists.

Montpelier’s attack was paced eight kills and 14 digs from Emily Manisaeng.

WAUSEON – Noah Huard once again led the Golden Bears by firing a 38 (+2) in a 165-172 win at Ironwood Golf Course. Drew and Kai Dauber shot a 40 and 42, respectively, for Bryan.

Pettisville was fronted by a 39 from Jack Leppelmeier and Sam Myers added a 41.

Adam Mattin paced Delta with a 46 and Wyatt Mitchell shot a 52 to top Fayette.
