HOLIDAY CITY VILLAGE COUNCIL: Council Handles Light Agenda

The Village of Holiday City monthly council meeting commenced on March 17, 2022. Council started with the Pledge of Allegiance and the approval of the minutes from the previous meeting from January 2022.


Council approved the Resolution R-2022-5 authorizing T&N POs. This is to approve the purchase orders to pay electric consulting to capital projects.

Ordinance 2022-2 is to define refuse as a public nuisance. Council did not pass the motion to declare this ordinance an emergency. 3-2 against Chelsea Funk and Jarrett Funk.

Next up, council passed the motion to declare Ordinance 2022-3 an emergency and the motion passed. Council approved the motion to pay the bills for the month.

Fiscal officer, Lauri Rupp presented the annual financial report as available and has been submitted.


No new business was presented and council moved to adjourn the meeting.
