“Going in, I felt we had a chance to win the match. We didn’t match up well with them in the middle weights, but I felt good about our light and upper weight match ups. Our lightweights did their part. They kept the match close going in to what I felt was the better part of Central’s line-up. After getting through that middle part of the line-up, we were within striking distance coming in to what I felt was our advantage” Coach Mike Ritter said “To be honest, our upper weights let us down. We lost 3 of those matches in overtime. All of which were winnable. We really missed an opportunity tonight, because I felt the winner of our match with Central Catholic was in great position to advance to the team State Tournament.”
