Inez “Mary” Kunsman (1915-2014)

Inez “Mary” Kunsman, age 98 formerly of Edon, Ohio and Engelwood, Florida, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Hillside Country Living in Bryan, Ohio.

She was born February 26, 1915, in Montpelier, Ohio, to Samuel and Inez (Harman) McDaniel, and graduated from Montpelier High School. On February 25, 1946, she was married to John Kunsman in Hillsdale, Michigan, and he preceded her in death in 2001.

Mary was a member of the Edon United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Daughters of the American Revolution. For 30 years she and John lived in Engelwood, Florida.

She is survived by six grandchildren including Dennis (Chris) Bordner of Tipton; Ronald Bordner and Valerie (Dave) Knute both of Minnesota; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded by two sons, Weldon and Larry Bordner, three sisters and three brothers.
