(September 25th, 2014)-MONTPELIER: A hot start couldn’t carry the Lady Locomotives to a win against the visiting Tigers of Holgate.
Game 1 belonged to Montpelier, despite some resistance from Holgate. The Locos took the set 25-17. The Tigers worked their way back into the match, though, taking a close game 2 25-21. Montpelier, now working against momentum, couldn’t recover, dropping game 3 15-25.
