(September 30th, 2014)-MONTPELIER: With NWOAL opponent Swanton coming to town, the Locomotive Junior Varsity squad dug in to defend their home court against the invading Bulldogs. It wasn’t enough, however, as the girls of Swanton took down Montpelier in straight sets.
The Lady Locos got off to a slow start in the match, dropping the first set 13-25. Game 2 went similarly, as the Montpelier girls lost the set 16-25, giving Swanton the win.
