Fulton County Commissioners Cancel July 20th & 22nd Sessions

OPEN AGAIN…Fulton County seniors were so happy to be able to gather again in person at the FC Senior Center to enjoy a meal together. The Senior Center still offers drive through pick up meals but re-opened for indoor serving on July 6, 2021.

Resolutions and other items approved during the Thursday, July 1, 2021 Fulton County Commissioners meeting included:

-Minutes for June 29, 2021, agenda as presented, and Increase and transfer of appropriations

-Review of Dog Warden Reports for June 12 and 19, 2021

-Resolution 488 Cancel Session week of July 20 and 22, 2021 due to there not being enough members to have a quorum

-Resolution 489 Appoint Lincoln Frey as member to Toledo Regional Water Commission

-Purchase orders and travel requests

During the Tuesday morning, July 6, 2021 meeting, they approved:

-Minutes from July 1, 2021, agenda as presented and payment of bills

-Review of June 2021 Sales Tax Report, Month End Financial Report for June 2021 and Treasure to Auditor Balancing Report

-Increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments

-Resolution 495 Legal and Authorize Ad for 2021 Pavement Marking on behalf of Engineer

-Resolution 496 Award Bid for Co. Rd. 10 project to Geddes Paving

-Resolution 497 Approve amendment #1 to Contract 2021-34 with K&P Medical Transport on behalf of JFS

-Resolution 498 Enter into Technical Assistance Contract 2021-75 with MVPO for FY 2020 Target of Opportunity Program Cares Act Grant

-Resolution 499 Execute satisfactions of Mortgage for CHIP Program

-Resolution 500 Approve Waiver of ALS charges

-Purchase orders and travel requests
