September 4th-STRYKER: The Lady Blackbirds were able to win their first BBC game despite playing on the road Thursday. It wasn’t easy, however, as the Lady Panthers from Stryker defended their home court with vigor.
The first set was a tough battle, with Pettisville pulling away for a 25-17 win. The girls of Stryker didn’t relent, though, and came back with ferocity in the second game, taking the set 25-16. In game 3, however, the Lady Blackbirds stepped up and overpowered Stryker, 25-16.
