On Friday, February 05, 2016 at 12:37 AM, TC A. Perry, Age 28, 765 N. Main St., Bryan, was arrested on a felony warrant out of the Williams County Sheriffs Department. The warrant was on a secret indictment out of the Williams County Court of Common Pleas for Trafficking in Drugs. Perry was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department and taken to CCNO.
On Friday, February 05, 2016 at 1:48 AM, Sarah J. Meyers, Age 33, 1934 Jackson Ave, Defiance, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for failing to appear for Pretrial. The original charge was Driving Under FRA Suspension. She was originally taken to CCNO then bond was posted and she was released.
On Saturday, February 06, 2016 at 3:05 AM, Vincent P. Trausch, Age 24, 600 Washington, Blakeslee, was arrested for OVI, Open Container and Left of Center. He was released.

A Metamora woman was sentenced on February 5, 2016, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Tracy Bloodworth, age 35, previously pled guilty to Permitting Drug Abuse. On August 4, 2014, she allowed drugs to be sold in her home. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Ms. Bloodworth to 2 years of community control and ordered her to pay prosecution costs, including counsel fees, pay restitution of $157 to the MAN Unit, complete her GED, successfully complete the Changing Offender Behavior Program, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, serve 4 days in CCNO with credit for time served, and suspended her driver’s license for 6 months with privileges for work, probation appointments, transporting her child, and for treatment.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office conducted a Traffic Enforcement Blitz that ran January 25th through January 31st. Deputies who worked this Traffic Enforcement Blitz made 34 traffic stops and issued 14 citations. The citations issued were for 13 speed violations and a license plate validation sticker display violation. Deputies also issued 22 warnings to motorists during the Blitz. The Traffic Enforcement Blitzes are paid for from a grant that the Sheriff’s Office received from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. This grant allows extra patrol to enforce traffic laws in areas that will increase the safety of motorists on the roadway in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.

Stolen were three Kobalt impact drivers, four 20 volt battery chargers, four 18 colt chargers, seven Milwaukee batteries, a Milwaukee sawzall, a Milwaukee extreme duty sawzall, a Dewalt sawzall, a white entrance door with a half-moon window on top, Owens Corning Driftwood shingles, a Dewalt air compressor 1.6 Hp200 psi, 4.5 gallon tank, serial no. 0112168, and three Milwaukee 18 volt 1/2” drills and hammers. The total value of the items stolen is $2,825..
