FULTON COUNTY PROSECUTOR
The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
-Gabriel Lopez, 27, of 201 S. Defiance St., Lot 115, Archbold, previously pleaded guilty to Forgery.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Lopez to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $150 fine, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, have no contact with the victim, pay the victim restitution in the amount of $596.42, and complete a dual diagnosis assessment with Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, and complete any recommended treatment and all aftercare.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. Lopez spending 11 months in prison.

Authorities are investigating a theft that occurred in the 12000 block US 20, Lyons, Ohio.
On May 02, 2021, suspect(s) stole a 2010 homemade 20-foot aluminum car hauler(trailer). The trailer was a flat deck with reflective tape around the sides, aluminum fenders and had two (2) heavy duty aluminum ramps. The total value of this loss is $12,000.00.
