The Pulaski Township Trustees met to continue their search for a roof repair contractor during the Aug. 11 meeting.
Trustees Tom Saul, Scott Noble, Terry Witte, and Fiscal Officer Deanne Batterson were in attendance.
Trustees are waiting on a new roof to be installed on the Pulaski Township Town Hall. Noble reported speaking with a contractor about the project but did not receive a response. Witte will seek quotes from a different contractor.
Additionally, an amendment to permanent appropriations was approved in the amount of $42,895. That amount is insurance claim proceeds that will go toward repairing the roof after damage.
An update was also received on the township’s 15-75 road project, which has been completed. Officials noted that it was “not up to par.” An invoice has not yet been received, and the township continues to work with Williams County Engineer Todd Roth to resolve the remaining issues.
Two purchase orders were approved as follows:
-$8,844.25 for RS2-P Emulsion
-$12,384 for a new Grasshopper mower
Pulaski opted not to participate in the county’s pavement marking program this year. Trustees also approved applying for a .gov website domain and email service for the township.
