On July 27th, 2015 members of the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force along with the Napoleon Police Department and Henry County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 50 Sunnydale Lane, Napoleon, Ohio. During the search of the residence suspected cocaine and drug abuse instruments were located.

A subsequent probation search was conducted at 203 E. Williams Street, Archbold, Ohio with drug abuse instruments also being located. This search was conducted by members of the MAN Unit along with the Archbold Police Department and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities arrested Timoteo A. Salinas, age 75 of 50 Sunnydale Lane and Gina Fonseca, age 66 also of Sunnydale Lane, Napoleon, Ohio. The pair was charged with possession of cocaine, a felony of the 5th degree. Jose L. Salinas, age 53 of 203 E. Williams Street, Archbold, Ohio was arrested for a Probation Violation. All three are being held at CCNO pending their initial appearance.
Additional charges for the above defendants along with a case file for Gracicia Salinas, age 46, of 203 E Williams Street, Archbold, Ohio will be presented to Henry County Prosecutor Jay Hanna’s Office fore presentation to the Henry County Grand Jury.
Local officers were assisted by Adult Probation of Fulton County, K-9 Units of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
