Stanleys 1Honored during the 2015 West Unity Area Chamber Banquet as the 2015 Member of the Year was Stanley’s Guns & Ammo. Stanley’s Guns & Ammo became a member of the business community in 2013 when Mitch Stanley opened his already successful gun and ammo supply store in West Unity. Not only has Stanley’s proven to be a thriving and successful business, it was also a huge key to the success of the West Unity Chamber Scholarship Program, a long time dream of the Chamber Board. With the help of Mitch Stanley and Stanley’s Guns and Ammo, the Chamber was able to hold their first gun raffle this year. The proceeds of that gun raffle have allowed the Chamber to establish three scholarships to be awarded to the 2015-16 graduating class. Pictured is Mitch Stanley (right) accepting a plaque from Chamber President Alan Bennett (right) in recognition of his assistance with the gun raffle and continued success as a West Unity business.
