Wauseon Board Of Education Addresses Light October Agenda

During their noon meeting, the Wauseon Board of Education approved the resignation of Jacyln Yackee as Assistant to the Treasurer/Payroll office, effective November 1, 2015; approved the NWOCA Fiscal Services Specialist contract beginning November 1, 2015 and ending on or before December 21, 2015; and approved the FY16-20 Five Year Forecase as required by law.

Personnel items gaining approval included Landon Schaffner (Volunteer Junior High Boys Basketball Coach for the 2015-16 school year); Constance Smith (Classified Substitute for the 2015-16 school year); and Mark Britsch, Matt Hutchinson, Kristin Kutz, and Katie Miller as OHSAA Girls Soccer Tournament workers, retroactive to October 19, 2015. Matt Hutchinson, Kristin Kutz, Sara Rupp, Jordan Smith, and Ally Teft were also approved as OHSAA Volleyball Tournament workers for October 22, 2015.

A request for an overnight trip for the National FFA Convention, effective October 28 through October 31 was also approved as presented.


The Board entered into Executive Session for the discussion of personnel. No action was taken.
