Sheriff Roy Miller reports that on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 10:19 a.m., the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office responded to an injury accident at 14400 US 20A, Wauseon.
A commercial vehicle driven by Allen Eberly, age 43, from Wawaka, Indiana, struck Mark Shadbolt, age 46, of Wauseon, in the roadway. Mr. Shadbolt was taken to the Fulton County Health Center where he passed away from his injuries.
This case remains under investigation by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Wauseon Fire and Rescue, and Wauseon Police Department.
