The Fulton County Senior Center planed a Senior Zoo Trip on September 10th, 2013. The Toledo Zoo was sponsoring free health screenings that day and free admission. We were also served a free bar-b-que lunch and a great time. We were able to see Toledo’s Mayor, Mike Bell and WTOL’s anchor, Jerry Anderson and several entertainment acts. Many of our staff planed our trip well in advance, not knowing that it would be the hottest day of the year with temperatures of over 90 degrees that day. We had over 80 seniors attending.
