The City of Wauseon held its annual Christmas Parade last weekend, on Saturday, November 25th, starting at 7:00 p.m.
Despite the cold weather, the atmosphere was festive and warm, as the residents of Wauseon were excited to enjoy a wonderful parade.
The parade began with the Honor Guard leading the way, followed by the Wauseon Police and Fire Departments, and Mayor Kathy Huner.
The Wauseon Marching Band also performed with the Cheerleaders following close behind. The festive music played by the band and the cheerfulness of the cheerleaders added to the excitement of the parade.
The parade featured nearly 40 entries, including multiple vehicles and floats, each decorated with colorful and creative Christmas-themed ornaments. The downtown area was filled with excited residents who came out to enjoy the parade.
The sounds of Christmas music and the cheers of the children racing to get candy created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
