Williams County Commissioners & Bryan Mayor Carrie Schlade Issue Joint Proclamation

Every year, 40,000 babies are born with a congenital heart defect, or CHD. In a courthouse ceremony held the afternoon of February 2, the Williams County Commissioners and Bryan Mayor Carrie Schlade issued a joint proclamation officially declaring the week of February 7-14 as Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week throughout Williams County.
