The commissioners then signed letters and responses for general correspondence, including the letter of endorsement to Williams County Health Commissioner Jim Watkins, a response to Al Fiser, requests to attend events, Maumee Valley Planning Organization correspondence, and overlooking the juvenile report.

After Commissioner Bart Westfall moved to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2023 and March 13, 2023 meetings and bills as presented by the auditor, Commissioner Terry Rummel seconded.

Commissioner Rummel then asked if there was any knowledge on whether or not the sheriff had yet to choose a vendor for the roof replacement project on the fairgrounds substation, and was informed that Siebenaler has been chosen as the vendor for this project.

The commissioners then had conversation about the type of roofing they would like to see installed on the substation, deciding that standing seam would be the best option.
