An extremely short meeting was held on Monday, June 20, 2022 by the Williams County Commissioners. Approved during the minute and a half were:
-Resolution 178 Supplemental Appropriations
-Minutes dated June 16, 2022 and payment of bills
-Also signed were Credit Card appropriations for the month of July for the Commissioners’ office; travel for Apryl McClaine from EMA picking up additional radios for Girl Named Tom concert; travel for Fred Lord to attend PCSAO Meeting
With no further business they adjourned.
On Thursday, June 23, 2022, regular business was covered in their chambers before taking a recess to attend Joint Ditch sessions in Defiance. Approved that morning were:
-Resolution 179 Supplemental Appropriations
-Resolution 180 Transfer of funds for WC Department of JFS
-Resolution 181 Addendum #2 to Out of County Transfer Agreement
-Also signed: Credit Card Appropriation for July 2022 for Sheriff’s Office; Dog Warden Report for week of June 13-19, 2022; Letter from Hillside Regarding Juneteenth observation; Certificate of Countywide Cost Allocation Plan from Maximus.
-Minutes dated June 20, 2022 and payment of bills
Meetings were scheduled to be held in Defiance with DC Commissioners at 10:00, regarding the joint ditch 401 Wise, and at 10:30 to create or establish a joint ditch regarding Mud Creek. The commissioners attended both Joint Ditch meetings and approved two resolutions:
-Def Resolution – Maintenance Assessments for the Duplicate year 2023 on Fisher, Hardy, Reynolds & Schroeder.
-Resolution 182 – Maintenance Assessments for the Duplicate year 2023 on Joint Ditch #401 Wise with Defiance County.
Following the meetings in Defiance, the WC Commissioners adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
