The Williams County Commissioners began their June 5, 2023 meeting at 9:34 a.m.

Approved first was a transfer resolution for the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, then a resolution approving an MOU between Williams County OMJ and WEDCO to “develop and deliver outreach services” for no more than $8,400.

Then approved were child welfare services for fiscal year 2024, before approving an agreement between Bowser Morner and the Williams County Engineer for “geotechnical engineering services” for Kunkle Lagoons, for a reimbursable $2,500.

Then approved and signed were travel requests, June credit card appropriations, May credit card expenditures, and permits allowing for the use of Courthouse Square.

Then approved were the minutes of the June 1st meeting and the bills as presented by the county auditor.

The commissioners then shared that Thursday would see a sample installation of a window that will help to streamline the process once the project is tackled.

They want to work as quickly as possible to help and avoid conflicts with regular business, and plan to only work on judicial areas when judges are not in session.

The commissioners then adjourned their June 5th general session at 9:40 a.m.
