The Williams County Port Authority met in an executive session on Thursday, January 15.
A standing resolution authorizing the sale of property was approved. Board members Sean Rupp, Dawn Fitzcharles, Bill Martin and Joseph Kimball were authorized to sign for the sale of property.
In other action, a motion to adopt a revised Principals of Operation was also approved. A motion to file a Welcome Home Ohio (WHO) application with Praxia was approved.
The action will rescind the previous WHO application with the Maumee Valley Planning Organization. The next board meeting will be on Monday, January 26, 2026.
