Brenda M. “Charlie” Kemerer, 55, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Center, Montpelier, Ohio.
Charlie was born on Sept. 16, 1963, in Hicksville, Ohio, the daughter of Max and Judith (Driver) Kemerer. She was a 1982 graduate of Hicksville High School. She was previously employed by Parker Hannifin in Hicksville. Charlie was a member of the Montpelier Eagles No. 2246. She gave one final gift through Donate Life Ohio.
Survivors include, a son, Levi Guilford; her parents, Max Kemerer, Judith Kemerer; siblings, Bridget Ruppert, Brad (Peg), Brian; nieces and nephews; longtime fiancé, David Raabe. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Marie (Arrants) Driver, Loyal “Peck” and Ethel Louella (Kent) Kemerer; and her aunt, Jean Siler.
