The Hometown Meat Market held their ribbon cutting ceremony May 9, 2023 and saw many good sales and promotions throughout the weekend in celebration of their opening, which took place on October 17, 2023.

Jenna and Colt Fackler bought the building in February after catching wind of the grocery store closing.

Not wanting to lose fresh produce, meats, salads, and hot meals, the Facklers partnered with local butcher, and now Hometown Meat Market’s Store Manager, Chuck White to keep these things local to Pioneer.

Also provided are affordable, quick meals for lunch between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Hungry patrons can stop in for a bite of something hot and fresh that won’t break the bank or take all day to get, making a nice stop for local workers.
