Jonathan Alan Siewert was born in Cheektowaga, NY in 1972 to Alan and Lois (Curtis) Siewert. He died in Wauseon, OH in June 2023 following a lengthy illness. Jonathan was a resident of Archbold OH.
Left to treasure his memories, in addition to his parents, are his sister, Janelle Jones (Tom), nephews Bradley & Benjamin Jones, Aunts (Judy Governo, Janet Reed and Sue Curtis), Uncle Wayne Curtis, and many cousins.
No visitation or memorial service is planned. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martins Lutheran Church (Archbold OH), Hospice of NW Ohio, or donor’s choice.
