WEST UNITY – Hilltop stayed unbeaten in the Buckeye Border Conference following its 10-0 victory over Edon in five innings.

Brooklyn Kuszmaul led the Cadets (12-2, 4-0 BBC) at the plate with three hits and drove in a pair of runs. Halle Jones added two singles, drove in two runs and scored twice.

Amanda Schwartz singled for the lone hit for Edon (5-6, 2-2 BBC). Kelsy Connolly was the winning pitcher for Hilltop with 12 strikeouts and no walks.
