D3 SOFTBALL SECTIONAL SEMIFINAL: Big Second Inning Carries Archbold Past Delta 16-2

Archbold 16 Delta 2 (5 innings)

ARCHBOLD – Facing Delta for the second game in a row, the Bluestreaks erupted for 10 runs in the second inning to advance to the sectional finals after a 16-2 win.

Archbold tallied 14 hits on the night and were led in RBIs by Ryann Burkholder with three while Kaylen Behnfeldt and Grace Meyer each had two.

Kate Friess and Mackenzie Clapp both were 2-3 for Delta in the loss.
