Eunice Robles-Reyes, Archbold, 61, was born to Lucio and Sarita Robles on April 5th, 1959 in the town of Celaya-Guanajuato, Mexico. Eunice entered her heavenly dwelling Sunday morning, February 21st, 2021, surrounded by her husband and children as she breathed her last breath.
Eunice migrated to Chicago where she would become a resident and meet the love of her life, Mario Reyes. Eunice and Mario married on September 20th, 1980. Their matrimonial union blossomed to conceive six beautiful children who were all born one year apart.
Eunice was the beloved mother of David (Brandy), Samuel (Kaitlyn), Mario Jr. (Chevy), Israel (Laura), Gladys (Roger Brineman) and Robert (Kara) and the grandmother of Christian, David Jr, Lily, Zoeyana, Natalie, Lorelai, Jesse, Mya and Tayley.
Serving her family was one of Eunice’s proudest accomplishments as a homemaker. She was a pillar in the community of Archbold, Ohio, where she enjoyed serving at her church, Templo Cristiano. Visiting the sick, teaching Sunday school, and cooking for fundraising events were a few of her favorite activities.
She also enjoyed volunteering at the Care and Share thrift store in Archbold. Eunice devoted her much of her time praying for her husband, sons & daughter, and grandchildren.
She is survived by her family who are left to cherish her legacy and treasure the incredibly special memories she now leaves behind in order to enter her new celestial residence in heaven.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 27th, 2021 at 11 AM at Templo Cristiano with interment following in the Archbold Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 5-7 PM on Friday, February 26th. Short Funeral Home in Archbold has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made in Eunice’s name to the family. Eunice’s family seeks to utilize donations to honor her for her life’s work of service to God, her family, and her community as they prepare to lay her to rest.
