Four County Career Center Board Of Education Adds New Member

The December meeting of the Four County Career Center Board of Education was held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Multipurpose Room at Four County Career Center. During the course of the meeting, the following business was conducted:
Darrel Higbie, from Montpelier Exempted Schools, was sworn as a new BOE Member. He will be filling the unexpired term of Larry Martin.

As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board approved:
•November Meeting Minutes
•Financial statements and investments for the month of November as presented.
•Appropriation Modifications as presented
•“Then and Now” certification for E-Rate Elite Services, Inc.

As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•To accept the resignation of Kenzie Hammon, Secretary, effective December 15, 2015.
•To employ Michelle Helberg as a Secretary effective December 17, 2015.
•Instructors, as presented, to provide programming for Archbold Area Schools 21st Century after-school program.
•To employ the following as Public Safety Instructors: Graeme A. Bockrath and David J. Kimmet.
•To employ Laura Brown as Interim Health Programs Coordinator beginning November 5, 2015 through December 14, 2015.
•To recognize Robin Hill as Health Programs Coordinator, beginning December 15, 2015.
•To approve the amendment for Graminex, LLC as presented.
•Selected January 7, 2016 as the date for the Organizational Meeting.
•Designated Dennis Vetter as the President Pro-Term for the January 2016 Organizational Meeting.

Under Board Committee Reports, the Board received updates from: Directors and Legislative Liaison
