Jonathan M. Hofner from Wauseon, Ohio passed away suddenly October 10th, 2015. He was born November 7, 1986. He was a 2005 graduate of Wauseon High School. He was employed at Alex Products in Ridgeville Corners, OH.
He is survived by his two year old son Micheal Hofner, his Mother, Heather Novak and Step-Father, Chuck Russell of Stryker, his Father Tracy Finch and Step-Mother Gayle Finch of Delta, sisters Jessica Lane of Oakwood, Cassandra Crawford (James) of Austin, Tx, Tina Lackie of Delta, Caitlynne Zagarella (Anthony) of Delta, Courteney Castle (Zachary) of Delta, Martina Russell of Bowling Green. Brothers, Alex Hofner of Stryker, Zachary Lane of Fayette, Rodger Lackie of Bowling Green, Max Lackie (Sarah) of Honduras, Grandparents Lawrence and Dianna Flory of Wauseon, four nieces and seven nephews.
Visitation and Services will be held at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon, OH on Monday November 9, 2015 at 11:00am. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00am until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Wake and Celebration of Life to follow at Shiloh Christian Union Church in Delta, OH.
Donations can be made at any Woodforest National Bank, in Heather Novak or Tracy Finch’s name under benefit fund; portions of this will go to PATH Center in Defiance and the remaining will go in a trust for his son Micheal Kae Hofner. There will be a memorial Saturday November 7, 2015 at 4 pm and a candlelight vigil at 6pm at 19810 Co Rd D Stryker, OH 43557. All are welcome.
