Kathleen R. Donaldson, age 65, of Delta, passed away after a courageous and long battle with cancer on Saturday night, May 17, 2014 at The Toledo Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Kathleen was born in Wauseon on December 14, 1948 to the late Carl Lambert and Bertha (Osterhout) Lambert Kurfiss. Kathleen graduated from Swanton High School in 1967. On October 5, 1968 she married Jerry Donaldson and he survives.
Kathleen worked for Campbell Soup Co. for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the Delta Assembly of God and the Delta Eagles. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her son, Allan Donaldson; brother, Donald Lambert and sisters, Arlene Craine and Carol Hameister. Left to cherish her memories is her husband of 45 years, Jerry; children, Jerry (Brenda) Donaldson Jr., Christopher (Tracy) Donaldson and Laura (Kraig) Hawkins; brothers, Lloyd Baun and Jerry Lambert; sisters, Rose Marie Goldsmith, Mary Alice (Don) Haas and Jeanne (John) Turi and grandchildren, Devin, Keirsten, Camden, Alyssa, Samantha, Kaden, Konrad and Konnor.
