Leo Siebenaler (1942 – 2024)

Leo P. Siebenaler, age 82, of Edon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.

He was a co-owner of Siebenaler Construction and was a realtor for several local companies, most recently at Mary Stoller Realty.

Leo was a member of the Edon Church of Christ and a former Florence Township Trustee for several terms. He was a Cleveland Indians fan and enjoyed time with his family.

Leo P. Siebenaler was born on June 8, 1942 at home near Blakeslee, Ohio, the son of Cyril A. and Marie T. (Lirot) Siebenaler. Leo married Ruthann Hillard on March 11, 1964, in Bryan and she survives.

Leo is also survived by his daughter; Michelle (Gerry) Coonan, of Wilmington, Ohio; sons, David (Deborah) Siebenaler, of Johnson City, Tennessee, Brian Siebenaler, of Muncie, Indiana and Craig Siebenaler, of Maumee, Ohio; six grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jordan) Ppool, Katie (Daniel) Banks, Rebecca (Dylan) Lockridge, Autumn Siebenaler, Gunnar (Paige) Siebenaler and Camille Siebenaler; a great grandson, Maverick Ppool; sister, Barbara (John) Powell, of Lebanon, Kentucky and brothers, John (Sue) Siebenaler, Dan (Cathy) Siebenaler and Jim (Colleen) Siebenaler, all of Edon, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private visitation will be held at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan and private graveside services will be held at Shiffler Cemetery.
