Milton C. Reighard, age 79, of Liberty Center, unexpectedly passed away at his home Thursday, February 22, 2018.  He was born in Napoleon on October 18, 1938 to the late Paul M. Along with a passion for farming, Milton worked as a foreman for Tenneco in Napoleon for over 34 years before retiring in 1998.   He was a sports enthusiast with some of his favorite teams being the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Indians.  With grandchildren’s participation in events, Milton proudly supported various schools; including Liberty Center, Delta, Genoa, Archbold and Perrysburg.   Most of all he will always be remembered as a great father, grandfather and family man.

Milton is survived by his wife, Doris J. Reighard; children, Roxanne (Tim) Dietrich, Teresa (Mike) Spicer, Cecilia (Mike) Vicars, Mary (Cheryl) Tresnan-Reighard and Greg (Kristie) Reighard; sister, Karen (Doug) Sparer; 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren with two soon to be added.  Friends will be received from 10:00 – 12:00 Noon on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta; with a funeral service honoring Milton’s life beginning at 12:00 Noon.  Pastor Bruce Perry will be officiating.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing a show of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to the Liberty Center Fire and Rescue, T315 Co Rd 8, Liberty Center, Ohio 43532 or Colton United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 12, Liberty Center, Ohio 43532 in his memory.
