New Lyons Co-Op Planning Farmers Market Event

A new Small Business Community Co-Op has been created in Lyons. The Co-Op is made up of several area businesses including Infinite Kinetics, Beebz, Lyons Hair Salon, and Wolf It Down BBQ.

More businesses are being approached to join the Co-Op and other local businesses are also welcome to join.

The group was created on April 18th with a specific purpose, to help promote small businesses in Lyons and to bring unity into the community.

Each of the businesses share similar values and engage in like-minded practices that all go towards the betterment of the community.

Through the Co-Op, a Farmers Market has been planned. This market will be made up of local vendors throughout the Fulton County area. It will take place on North Adrian Street in downtown Lyons.

The price for a ten-foot space will be $25 and the first event will take place on June 10th.

They will then run each month on the second Saturday with September being the last. Those interested in obtaining a booth can call 419-480-7763.
