Nikki Flower (1965-2023)

March 7, 20231 Comment2 Mins Read

Nikki L. Flower, age 57, of Edgerton, Ohio, passed away at 7:38 P.M. on Sunday, March 5, 2023, in her home, surrounded by her family, after an extended illness.

Nikki was a 1983 graduate of Edgerton High School and had recently been employed at AirWay Manufacturing in Edgerton.

She had a big heart, always thinking of others before herself. She was a lover of cats, not only of her own cats but all others in the neighborhood, feeding them and any other wildlife that happened to show up.

She was also an avid catch and release fisherman and thoroughly enjoyed Halloween. Most of all she enjoyed her family and spending time with them.

Nikki L. Flower was born on April 3, 1965, in Auburn, Indiana, the daughter of George A. and Jewell E. (Frazier) Greene.

She married Donald E. Flower on her favorite time of the year, Halloween, October 31, 2012, in Edgerton and he survives.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one brother, Bryan (Cindy) Greene, of Edgerton; a half-brother, Austin (Hannah) Treesh, of Antwerp, Ohio; one niece, Casie (fiancé, Justin Sabin) Greene, of Montpelier, Ohio; one nephew, Cody (fiancée, Terra Frymire) Greene, of Butler, Indiana; five great-nephews and nieces, Brittney Bass, Hailey Greene, Daryke (Reagan) Bass, Dylan Bass, and Tanner Pietrykowski; her beloved cats, Bella, Cosmo, Jasmine, Nemo, and Gracie; and her good friend, Roger Shull, of Edgerton. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In keeping with Nikki’s wishes, service will be private with Pastor Rick Stiver officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton.

Memorials are requested to the Williams Humane Society.

Krill Funeral Service, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton, has been entrusted with arrangements.
