Swanton 11, Delta 1 (5 innings)
DELTA – Swanton broke away from a 1-1 tie, scoring seven runs in the third inning, and the Bulldogs defeated Delta 11-1 in five innings in Northwest Ohio Athletic League action.
Jordyn Ramirez led the Bulldogs (16-2, 4-0 NWOAL) with three hits, including a home run and a double, and drove in two runs.
Alexa Faber doubled and homered and drove in four runs. Kendall Glonek and Carli LaGrange each had a double.
Ellie Martinez had a double and drove in the lone run for Delta (4-8, 1-3 NWOAL). Beyla Remer was the winning pitcher for Swanton, allowing just one run on one hit in four innings.
